Yes, the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

The experience takes approximately 60-90 minutes but you are welcome to stay as long as you want.

Are children allowed to do the VR on their own?

Children from the age of 8 onwards are allowed to participate in the VR room on their own.

What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?

The difference between the two tickets is that the regular one includes only the entrance to the experience, while the VIP one includes the VR experience, a skip-the-line and one poster of the bubbleverse.

How much does the VR experience cost if bought separately?

The VR experience can be purchased separately on site, at a cost of 3€ per person.

From which age onwards do I not need to be accompanied by an adult?

I am allergic to latex, can I still enjoy the experience?

There are a couple of rooms which feature latex production elements but only in one room you’ll get directly in contact with latex. Please make our staff aware of your allergy upon your arrival.

Is the show suitable for pregnant people?

The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 60-90 minutes, however the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.

Any kind of pets are prohibited in the experience (except service animals).

It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability. Please also note cash is unfortunately not accepted on location.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Do children under 4 have to pay for a ticket?

Children under 4 years old enter for free and you don’t need to buy a ticket.

For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.

There is no specific dress code for the experience. If you are wearing a dress or skirt however, be mindful that some rooms have mirrors on the floor.

Masks are not required at the event as per current COVID guidelines (subject to change if the government guidelines change).

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.

No this event is not pet friendly, service animals are allowed.

All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 4 can visit free of charge and minors under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by adults.

The experience is designed for adults and teens, but is open to all ages! For younger kids, there will probably be details and installations of the Bubbleverse that they will not be able to fully appreciate.

There are no restrooms available on the premises, but you can use the restrooms at the Gare Maritime, right in front of the exhibition venue.
